Qualification:

A Master's degree with at least marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed by a recognized univcrsity.l A Ph.D. Degree in Hindi from a recognized University. Published works in reputed journals and published work as evidenced in authoring books.


Age Limit:

55 years


Desired Experience:

i. Doctoral degree in Education from a recognized university; (il)- Masters degree from a recognized university with first Class; (iii) lmpressive academic credentials; (iv) Experience in the field of teacher education (v) Publications in journals, especialty in journals of education, of national and international repute. (vi) Demonsrated administrative, organizational and leadership capability.

Position Responsibilities:

Key Skills Required:

Good Knowledge of MS Office and computer skills. Should be efficient in translating and back translating qualitative interviews to the English / Hindi language. Good communication skills with proven aptitude for effective verbal and written communication. Ability to think strategically and work under tight deadlines on a result-oriented basis, Ability to stay motivated and engaged in broader aspects of work as part of a team, beyond individual areas of work; Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills by working harmoniously as a member of a team, adapting to diverse environment and maintaining a high standard of personal conduct.

General Instructions:

Written test: The written test will consist of subjects in General English, General Knowledge, Simple Maths and relevant trade questions based on the qualification prescribed for the post applied. Written test will be of multiple choice questions. The maximum marks for the written test will be 50. Candidates must obtain 50% marks (for General and OBC) to qualify. 2. Skill Test {for the post of MTD (OG) only}: The candidates who qualify the written test will be called for skill test. Skill Test will be qualifying in nature and shall carry no marks. Selection will be based on marks/merit obtained in written test only out of 50 marks subject to qualifying skill test.
